Sports facilities are working towards a phased and responsible opening up of the facilities. In addition to the one and a half metres measure, the sport will base any new step on the rivm's current opinions in conjunction with the measures taken by the government and governments.
Rijstal De Blinkert is also working towards a phased start-up for the safe and responsible practice of equestrian sport. The key point in this is that the safety and health of every equestrian, volunteer and employee is guaranteed. The basis for this phased start-up is the Protocol responsible sports children up to the age of 12 and youth 13 to 18 years www.nocnsf.nl/sportprotocol of 24.04.2020. This document describes how Rijstal De Blinkert will apply the current measures.
Measures Rijstal De Blinkert
- Athletes love each other 1.5 meters and the employee.
- Our location is adapted open to keep the daily care of the horses possible and to be able to give the horses movement. Only persons with permission may be present at the property.
- There is a day schedule for people (staff, carers, customers and visitors) who are present at equestrian accommodations. The goal is that the persons present are limited as much as possible and spread throughout the day. For the planning there is indicated time when the persons are present at the property.
- Based on the planning, people can use the facilities. The 1.5 metres must be observed at all times and we take additional hygiene measures. There is extra attention for cleaning, for example, doors and door handles, but also of the harnachement. Together with our staff, we ensure that it is cleaned up after every lesson and every customer contact.
- Sanitation is only open to staff. At sinks or cleaning areas for harnachement there is a distance of 1.5 meters between the persons. The accommodation holder ensures that it is cleaned twice a day.
- The use of terrace, tables and sofas or hangouts is not allowed with us.
- The site may only be accessed by customers who have made an appointment. Customers may be present 15 minutes before their appointment and must leave immediately after the appointment.
- Entering the stables is not permitted. Customers are therefore outdoors at all times.
- Parents are only allowed to bring and pick up their children.
Horse riding per target group
Children up to the age of 12
- Private and group lessons are possible with us because we can make this take place under supervision and outdoors. Our supervisors and staff keep, 1.5 meters away from the riders and each other.
- Parents/carers or spectators are only allowed to bring and pick the children. Out there, they don't have access to our location. This applies both to, during and after the children's training.
- Riders should, if possible, be able to get on and off and encircle independently. Equestrian riders who need help are helped by a supervisor or staff member. They're 1.5 metres away. We saddle the horses ourselves up and down and then bring the horses to the riders.
- Riders with their own pony can only be helped by a person from the same household when brushing, saddle, saddle and disembark. The up-and-running of horses and ponies that are not parked on the property in question takes place outside the trailer.
Youth 13 to 18 years
- Private and group lessons are possible with us because we can make this take place under supervision and outdoors. It is also possible for us to keep 1.5 metres away between us. Our supervisors and staff keep 1.5 meters away from the riders and each other.
- We do not teach youth from 13 to 18 years in disciplines where 1.5 meters distance cannot be guaranteed.
- In order to be able to keep the 1.5 meters in eight, our instructors make an estimate of how many riders can ride together based on the experience of the riders, the size of our roadway and the teaching activities.
- Parents/carers or spectators are only allowed to bring and pick the children. Out there, they don't have access to our location. This applies both to, during and after the children's training.
- Riders must get on and off and set up on their own and should only be helped if necessary, by a person from the same household. We saddle the horses ourselves up and down and then bring the horses to the riders.
- The up-and-running of horses and ponies that are not parked on the property in question takes place outside the trailer.
